We went a walk up cornalees at the back of Greenock while the weather was decent to stretch the legs.

In September IFiT organised a charity event in the Crudenhall for our participants and raised £1000 from the public. This allowed us to have a day at the crazy golf in Braehead Glasgow and afterwards a nice chinese buffet.
